Hello! It’s me again! Im hoping you’ll all be happy to know that I’m still here and still alive! 2025 was an interesting (re: shitty) year so here’s hoping 2026 will at least be a little better! Here is a picture, taken last night, of me playing Necromunda. Enjoy! #MentalHealth #Warhammer #necromunda by @sam_palmer_37
My TOP 5 Spider-man figures I got in 2025! I posted this on other social media platforms and it did ok, so thought it was worth a shot here too! Now this is my top 5 figures I got in 2025, not necessarily that were released in 2025! Please leave any comments below! -5: Marvel Legends Maximum Spider-man! Incredibly poseable, great sculpt but pricey and based on Todd McFarlane’s art so not for everyone! He’s a great toy though! -4: Marvel Legends Hellfire Gala Spider-man! My surprise fig of the year! Looks amazing, poses fantastically and has new parts? Count me in! -3: CT Toys/Mafex 185 Spider-man! Immensely poseable, colours are perfect and looks like he stepped out of a 90s comic! Love him! -2: DB Toys Ultimate Net-Man! A 3rd-Party figure, basically a 6in Hot Toy based on my favourite comic series, 2000s Mark Bagley Ultime Spider-man! He’s just great! -Honorable Mention-: 1984 Secret Wars Spider-man! A grail I picked up at Liverpool Comic Con! He has aura and is the same age as me! -1: SHFiguarts Across the SpiderVerse Spider-Punk! A phenomenal toy, looks amazing, poses amazing, paint is amazing, he’s just an amazing little guy! There you have it! What are your favourite toys you’ve picked up this year? #spiderman #toys #actionfigures #collector by @sam_palmer_37
So last Saturday night… Myself and my amazing brothers and sisters in @pr.uk had the absolute pleasure of appearing on stage alongside our friends in the mighty @punkrockfactory ! They were only supporting @bfs_official and @wheatusofficial AT BLOODY @ovoarena WEMBLEY ARENA!!! Us. On stage at one of the most famous arenas in the world. Dressed in skin-tight Lycra!!! What even is my life???? Huge huge thanks to @peejprf, @steadprf, @benjprf and the entire PRF team for allowing us to share your adventure, and thanks to everyone at Wembley Arena for looking after us so well! Sad I didn’t get to meet @jaret2113 as I’ve been a fan of Bowling for Soup since my teens, but we did get to see the show from the side of the stage! by @sam_palmer_37
Had an amazing time a few weekends back at @comicconlpool! Got to spend the weekend with my best mates @pr.uk, had a lot of fun, a lot of laughs and a hell of a lot of photos taken, bought some toys and even suited up as Spidey for a bit! All in all, an incredible weekend! Thank-you to everyone who made it so! @white_kiba @thefoamwitch @prmayhemcosplay @choppermcfly and Jem, @airlim, @geekygriffiths, @thehowling92, @ruby.ranger.501, @iwgclothing, @the_terminator_uk and everyone who came to say hi! #comiccon #cosplay #powerrangers by @sam_palmer_37

Weight loss update! Feeling really good about my progress so far, I don’t know exactly how much weight I’ve lost as I’ve not been weighing myself throughout all of this as I know I’d get obsessed with it, but in my eyes I’ve slimmed down a heck of a lot! You know you’re doing ok if you look good in a Spider-man suit! Last pic is the before, taken in late June. I’m so happy with how far I’ve come, feeling good and looking forward to Comic-Con Liverpool! #weightlossjouney #weightloss #slimming #fitness #straightedge #hardcore #punk #tattoos #nerd #geek #spiderman #cosplay #cosplayer by @sam_palmer_37
I’ve been in 2 minds whether to post this or not, but hey, I’m all about positivity so I figured it was worth it! After a friends recent wedding where I had to stay overnight, I took the following selfie in the large hotel room mirror and did not like what I saw. I’ve not been happy with my weight for a while now, and seeing this kinda spurred me on to do something about it. I decided to change my eating habits, I’m a snacker by nature so replaced the sweets and chocolate with fruit and nuts, cut out energy drinks and fizzy drinks for water and squash, and have been checking the colour codes on food and making better, healthier choices, and it seems to be working! I haven’t weighed myself but there is a clear difference in my appearance and I feel a lot better about myself! I’m not done yet and I’m hoping to start an exercise regime soon too, I’m enjoying taking active control of my health and my body. #health #weightloss #diet #fitness #tattoos #straightedge #punk #punkrock by @sam_palmer_37
Accidentally stabbing myself in the wrist whilst cutting down a cardboard tube, requiring a trip to the emergency room, 3 stitches and a tetanus shot isn’t really how I saw my weekend going, but here we are. So. Much. Blood. Luckily managed to miss major arteries, ligaments and tendons, which is kind of a miracle! 0/10, would not recommend. Kinda knocked me for six if I’m honest, I feel stupid and I keep having flashbacks which isn’t helping. #injury #accident #hospital #medical #emergencyroom #tattoos #straightedge #hardcore #punk by @sam_palmer_37
Had an amazing time at my friend’s wedding in Nottingham this weekend! I didn’t take many pictures so here are a few highlights. I always feel pretty good about myself when I’m dressed smartly! #straightedge #hardcore #tattoos #punk #wedding #scrubbedupwell #smart #toiletselfie by @sam_palmer_37
Nothing like a hair cut and a beard trim to make you feel better! This was the first time I asked my amazing barber Beth to trim my beard, I don’t remember it ever looking so neat before! I feel so well groomed! #beard #haircut #tattoos #straightedge #hardcore #punk #jerseys by @sam_palmer_37

Last night I had the pleasure of visiting the amazing @thepixelbunker in Milton Keynes, alongside my great mates @kevtastic84, @tugboat250tnc and #Smeds! It’s a fantastic retro arcade full to the brim with incredible original arcade machines, with all the titles you’d ever want to play! You pay a small cover charge and all the games are set to free play! Plus, it’s attached to the @nfsmuseum and @brickzmuseum so you can totally make a day of it by visiting all 3 attractions! I’ll definitely be back soon! I also filmed a whole bunch of footage for a potential YouTube video too! by @sam_palmer_37
