Excuse the quality of the first half 😅 I’ve been digging through multiple camera folders trying to piece this together. Then I realized I haven’t posted much from our Kenya trip, even though between the four of us we somehow ended up with footage from at least 10 different cameras. 📍Noomotio Observation Point is a volcanic cone in Amboseli National Park, sitting 1,150 metres above sea level. It’s one of the few spots where you can hop out of your safari vehicle and wander around for a while. If you’re lucky enough to catch a clear morning, you’ll even get a stunning view of Mount Kilimanjaro. #kenya #amboseli taken in Amboseli National Park, Kenya by @sam_u_d_i_

Look at this gem I found at the library. It’s an annotated edition of Persuasion by Jane Austen, compiled by Robert Morrison. On almost every page there are little notes, illustrations, bits of historical context, and Austen facts that add another layer to the story. It feels a bit like rereading a favourite book with a friend who’s also obsessed with it. Some might call this unnecessary, but our crew would disagree 🤚 A little sneak peek into just a tiny fraction of what happens backstage at @thedohaplayers ’ The Little Mermaid. While waiting for the next scene change, the crew has turned catching the dinglehopper into its own nightly tradition. Mind you, this hard-working crew is incredibly professional outside of these little backstage antics 😄🥷🏻 The dinglehopper (a fork) is thrown from the ship, which is built on an elevated platform, and someone stage right has to catch it. I absolutely love this crew for turning it into a game, and I’m a big fan of this stage setup. Only 4 shows left!
