nearly forgot to post this ever soooo easy chicken recipe🤭 like a sticky chicken but a healthier meal and so easy to do! 😃 you just need around.... •10 mini chicken fillets •1 tbsp white wine vinegar •8tbsp light soy sauce •2 tsp paprika •1/2 - 1 tsp chinese 5 spice •1 tsp each garlic + ginger puree •2 tsp sweetener •pinch of black pepper mix the liquids and spices etc together in a bowl, place the chicken in a sealed bag with the liquid, put in the fridge for 2-4 hours. then simply put in a hot pan sprayed with oil with the rest of the liquid and fry until done and the liquid is gone. sprinkle with some sesame seeds! #healthyfood #healthychicken #wwuk #mywwkitchenuk #tastyfood #bestwithrice #teampurple #wwnocount by @sam_wickham66
