Long winded way of announcing my business 😂

Guys if you couldn’t sit through the yapping, I’m launching a retreats business @sama_scarlett_ - centred around balance 🫶

The first retreat is going to from the 21st - 23rd August in Cornwall (20 minutes away from Newquay). It’s all inclusive and you can expect:

🏄‍♀️ surfing, led by one of the best surf coaches I know @max.colvinn and the @surfcoaching.from.handlaideggs team

🧘‍♀️ yoga, a mixture of yin and vinyasa for all levels

👩‍🍳 the most delicious food, made by our own private chef @eatwithemss

🍷 wine selected by my very own talented sister @rachel_cl_ who is a Master of Viticulture and Head Winemaker at @cobblehillwine in Norfolk

And more, including an exclusive goodie bag and a wine bottle painting session so that you can take home memories of the retreat!

Who’s involved in our Cornwall Retreat?

There will be surf coaching from the wonderful Max and the @surfcoaching.from.handlaideggs team, who’ve spent years building confidence in the water for surfers of every level.

Food from Emma - @eatwithemss - a Leiths-trained chef who is going to be cooking up an absolute storm over the weekend.

Wine pairings from my sister @rachel_cl_ , Master of Viticulture and Head Winemaker at Cobble Hill Vineyard, anything she doesn’t know about wine isn’t worth knowing.

And little old me, leading the yoga and the general vibes of the weekend, and hoping you’ll experience your own version of balance on this retreat!

Here’s exactly what £395 gets you.

2 nights. 6 meals. 3 yoga sessions. 1 surf lesson. Wine pairings curated by a Master of Viticulture and an English winemaker. A breathwork session. An afternoon of wine bottle painting.
