A new label design for Vinologist’s ordinary wines from Bessarabia. The redesign was a complete transformation, starting with the bottle itself. We moved away from the narrow, traditional shape and chose a more classic, full-bodied silhouette, giving the wines a stronger and more distinctive presence. The main idea was to reinterpret the traditional ornaments of the Odesa region. This concept remains at the heart of the new identity, but has evolved into a cleaner, more minimal and graphic design. Elements of the original ornament were transformed into the logo, with the letter V becoming the key visual element of the entire system. The die-cut label is built around the V, putting the focus on its shape, colour and, ultimately, the wine variety. The choice of high-quality, carefully considered printing materials adds another layer to the concept: taste, experience and technology are always about what’s inside, rather than what’s on the outside. A contemporary interpretation of Bessarabian heritage — minimal on the surface, with a lot behind it. #packaging #wine #design #traditional by @samale_dsgn
Annual report for @aspenkyiv Aspen Institute Kyiv, created within the visual identity developed by Banda Agency. ______ 44 pages · Ukrainian / English · Print + digital _____ Art direction · Editorial design · Layout · Graphic development · AI-generated visuals · Revisions · Prepress I worked with the existing brand identity and translated it into a clear and cohesive editorial system for the annual report — from developing the visual direction and layouts to creating supporting graphics and AI-generated imagery, implementing revisions, and preparing the final files for print. The main goal was to create a report that would feel clear, accessible, and easy to navigate, while still having enough visual character and emotional depth to engage the reader. The existing Aspen Institute identity provided the foundation, while the editorial design adapted its visual language to the specific needs of a long-form annual report. The design combines a minimal and structured editorial approach with expressive imagery. by @samale_dsgn
Identity design for a craft beer festival in Kyiv @feels_garden_beer Development of a visual identity for a city craft beer festival in Kyiv that brings together local breweries, gastronomy, and the culture of contemporary urban events. The core idea was to create a living, recognizable system that conveys the energy of the city, the freedom of social interaction, and the diversity of craft beer culture. Our logo is about celebrating life even in difficult times. About unity, togetherness, and a contemporary Kyiv that keeps living no matter what. About gastronomy as a way of being together. About flavors that bring you back into your body and the present moment. About an urban environment where there is always space to pause, to switch off, and to feel the ease of being among your own. And our Kyiv city Pigeon — as a living symbol of this rhythm: he knows all the local spots, loves good food, hangs out in city gardens, and is just a little bit cheeky — reminding us that this city is his too. by @samale_dsgn
