We had such fun this morning dancing in studio in between classes. Yoga is a practice that brings you to life. It animates our cells, lifts our vibration and helps us live meaningful purposeful lives. When we know ourselves and we are connected to our inner world, connections and relations with others also flourish. Missed you @shervonnel and @yogawithjoannett in this reel. “Come and see the cake!” 🎉 … My whole reason for baking 🥰 … The first family birthday after my mother’s passing, was the first time in our lives we had to buy an outside cake, and that was the moment I decided I would become the new family baker… It was THE BEST decision i have ever made. 🙏🏼🙏🏼 .. My nieces and nephews may not have gotten the chance to know the amazing love of my mother, but they will always ALWAYS have their Aunty Sam ❤️…….. Did a thing 😊🎉 Inspired by my niece Trinity, I decided to give Children yoga training a go, and i am truly excited to put it into practice. A welcome addition to my yoga services, thanks to this lovely course @child_care_educational_inst🙏🏼🙏🏼 I now get to create a fun yet calming space for kids to discover a love for yoga, hopefully creating some balance for them in this fast paced world. 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ No pressure parents and little ones, but Aunty Sam is ready when you are 😉💕🙏🏼 by @samanthaclav
