Spent the evening listening to Chef @massimobottura talk about his life and his love for food, and honestly could’ve stayed for hours.

There’s something about hearing someone talk about food with that much curiosity and heart that just resets you. Made me think about why I love pasta so much — it’s such a simple thing, but you can spend a lifetime playing with it and still not run out of ideas.

Being at @theleelapalacenewdelhi made it even better. This is where I started out, so walking back in years later hit differently. Full circle, in the best way. ❤️

And massive credit to @culinarycultureco @raajsanghvi @theleelapalacenewdelhi @hoteliermom @shubham.thakur09 for putting evenings like this together. What they’re doing for how people experience food in India is genuinely rare.
