Some of my favorite memories from @detroitpro_am

I want to thank my coach, my mentor, my brother, my best friend @alfaraj7134 for everything you’ve done for me over the last few years. You didn’t just help me transform my physique and bring a package to the stage I’m proud of for the first time, you helped shape who I am as a man. Watching how you handle yourself and adversity changed me.

My loving girlfriend @rebecca_rotay1624 , I truly couldn’t have gotten through this prep without you. You were there through everything, the highs, the lows, and the moments no one else saw. You even cleaned everything up when I puked all over the bathroom and passed out in the hallway. That’s real love. I love you and thank you for standing by my side through it all.

To my parents, who got hit with 8 feet of snow and couldn’t make it, thank you for always supporting me and being in my corner ❤️ I’m pretty sure I could hear my mom yelling at the livestream all the way from the U.P.

To my adopted family, the Rotays, thank you for all your support and for celebrating with me. The cake was amazing. Renee even flew in from Tennessee to support me and that means more than you know.
