Post-sunset escapes with the new DENZA B5 Zenith, where luxury meets adventure.

Following its highly acclaimed premiere in New York earlier this year, @ubs House of Craft x Christian Dior Couture comes to @newartmuseumsingapore — a vibrant cultural hub where creativity, heritage and innovation converge — and part of the @whitestonegallery.official

From 21 - 23 November, this expanded exhibition will feature Dior’s unrivalled legacy of couture with newly revealed archival masterpieces, unseen imagery, and the work of all seven Creative Directors —from @dior to @mariagraziachiuri , alongside a special tribute to @mrkimjones

Curated by fashion icon @carineroitfeld and captured through the lens of artist @brigitteniedermairstudio , the exhibition offers a unique chance to discover the artistry, vision and craftsmanship that continue to redefine couture today.

We heard you like your meat with a side of… more meat — so we’ve brought you Forged (Gras) by @blackcowsg and @samcchua

A reimagined take on one of the world’s most treasured delicacies, Forged Gras is our deliberately different homage to foie gras.

Crafted from the impossibly petite Japanese quail — a bird so delicate it defies the possibility of traditional foie gras — Forged Gras delivers a subtle, clean, and refined flavour in a luxuriously rich, fatty liver experience.

And in Black Cow’s kitchen, we’re nodding to the classic steak-and-foie-gras pairing — and then turning our backs on it, with the Forged Gras Don simply drowning in Black Cow’s wagyu beef.

Plating in-store (and on Grab) now.

OH. There’s also Forged Gras Kushiage and Glazed Forged Gras. And a Forged Gras hand roll. But that last one’s only on Grab. And we’ll get to that in more detail later… by @samcchua
