a rare opportunity to solo at @thebrandnewheavies_ sydney concert last month

i first saw their concert in manila a week before their sydney concert, where Andrew (lead bassist) pulled @sophiesechauz & i onto the stage to dance!!

i went to their sydney show a week later again - Angela & Simon (vocals & guitar) recognised me in the crowd and invited me up to dance again for their final song 😭😭

This represents a rare opportunity for Sydney lockers to learn from a dancer so richly immersed in the competitive and cultural scene of Locking across the world.

OPEN LEVEL WORKSHOP
Locking fundamentals are highly recommended for people taking this workshop but anyone with a background in street dance associated with Locking (popping, waacking, soul dance, hip hop etc) will be able to benefit from learning from Carter. Beginner dancers are welcome but warned that the class will be challenging without a strong base in Locking or related dance disciplines.
