A lot of times covering the face of a character can take certain aspects away, usually recognizable facial emotion/expression etc... Since this character has a mask that he identifies through as being his "true" face, this design gives a slight back story to the life of the character to help give a better understanding of the character. So when the mask is on, the emotions run through the entire body, showing expression, I think its dope! #characterdesign by @samdirection_
