Three important life lessons from juggling 🍋😌

1. Sometimes performing is authentic (think singing, dancing, juggling!!)

2. Humans are multifaceted and can have different hobbies, interests, skills, stay curious and allow the people around you to surprise you. ⭐️ COMMENT below with your multifaceted/incongruent interests that might surprise people!!

3. Sometimes a practice or an activity (like juggling) can help us cultivate the essence of something. Whether it’s empowerment, confidence, or something else! ☺️ by @samdsquire

Best part of the story is the end. 👀💫

Sometimes you know where you’re going, but you don’t know the final nudge that gets you moving until it happens.

I always knew I would share parts of my reconnection journey. I just never could have predicted what would finally get me to do it.

Allow yourself to be surprised by how you get there! ☺️
