🍻 BAOS 10th ANNIVERSARY BREW #26 🍻

The first ever canned QC collab we did was ar classic lactose sour with Simon (@same0ne) of @lespacepublic, and we had to get a fresh one in for our 10th anniversary. 🍊

We pitched Simmo a twist on our Bière de Vacances series, which would be one of three beers from the anniversary drops that paid tribute to @getitinyacee’s fave Australian sweet treat. 🇦🇺

Coming in at 4%, this lactose sour was intended to mimic the classic Aussie dessert, the pavlova, with kiwi, strawberry, blueberry, passionfruit, lactose and vanilla. It pours an opaque bright pink with a foamy head and a pav-berry nose, it’s juicy with minimal sweetness, it’s so crushable that it’s dangerous, the tangy vibes from the kiwi and passionfruit hit hard while the strawberry and blueberry really hold it down, wrapping in a dusty, berry, tart finish. Marvellous. 🥝
