For the last 15 years, I’ve worked in corporate environments focused on systems, workflows, operational scale, risk management, and execution.

Over time, I realized the same principles used inside large organizations can also be applied to creators, small businesses, and personal productivity — especially now with AI.

A lot of what I’m building today comes from that foundation:

I've been using OpenAI's dots for the last couple days, and it works on my business around the clock.

I give it a call, explain my goals and projects, and it goes off and does them. Behind the scenes it spreads the work across a few chat threads that have memory and access to my plugins and tools.

While I sleep, it learns my preferences and moves things forward on my behalf.

A lot of people think they're using AI, but there are actually three main levels.

Level one, you ask it a question and it gives you an answer back. Level two, it goes off and actually does the work for you. Level three is when someone asks it who in their town offers what you offer.

If you're not showing up there, it's usually credibility. So I put my expertise on my own website: guides, articles, original content, so Google and the AI search engines know what I'm known for.

A lot of people think they just need a pretty website. That's actually the wrong way to think about it.

If your site isn't ranking, it's probably because Google doesn't know what services you offer. A site map tells it what you offer and how much, so that way when someone Googles the question or asks ChatGPT, you show up.

Logos and colors are great. They're cute. They're just not what makes you money.

If you're talking to your clients and showing what you know while you're doing the work, that's content.

Record it and post it. If you don't want to post the video, take the transcript, have ChatGPT turn it into an article, and put that on your site.

People looking for a service like yours trust the person they can already see doing the work.

OpenAI released their own version of a personal assistant. It's called Dots, and it lives inside ChatGPT.

Here's why I'd pick it over GrokBot or Muse. Muse is Meta's, so it knows a lot about social. GrokBot doesn't have much of your data beyond X. Dots runs in the cloud, already knows your chat history, and has plugins and connectors.

If you've been talking to ChatGPT for a couple of years, it's already learned what matters to you and your goals. That's a higher starting point, and it's why I'm leaning into OpenAI's tooling right now.

I don't sit and write posts. I record one YouTube video. Then my agent team in Claude Code takes it from there.

One agent keeps only the ideas I said in my own words, at most 8, with a quote and a timestamp for each. It cuts a Short only when the model is 80% sure. It drafts X and Threads, one idea per weekday. Nothing goes out until I say yes in chat, and any number I didn't say gets held.

Another plans my recording day: 5 reel scripts, a deck brief, 3 hook options.

Another reads last week's numbers with a script, never the AI, and changes exactly one thing a week.
