Proud to bring home the Six Star Medal — the first woman from Punjab to do so.🙏

A journey which took me across the world’s greatest marathon courses, through miles of grit, discipline, tears, struggle and the love for the run!

And the journey came full circle
with TOKYO my Personal best

The run ends, but my day doesn’t. ✨

Between training, work, family and everything in between, I’ve learnt that showing up for it all starts with looking after myself too.

Good food, movement, rest — and small habits I stay consistent with.

People ask me how I do it all.
The races. The training. The early mornings. The challenges.
But I've realised something.
Life is actually very simple. We complicate it.
We complicate food, when strength comes from the basics.
We complicate fitness, when all we need to do is get up and move.
We complicate our feelings, when honesty would set us free.
We complicate growth, because comfort is easier than change.
Every finish line I've crossed started with one simple decision:
Show up.
Not when I felt ready. Not when it was convenient. Just show up.
As an athlete, that's my philosophy.
As a designer, it's the same.
Wear what feels like you. Choose consistency over perfection.
Because the strongest things in life are often the simplest.
One choice. One step. One day at a time.
