Another from last weekend's mushroom hunt. This one had a lovely golden cap to it and I leaned into the Autumnal colours in the edit. After a long Summer it feels good to be heading into Autumn and everything that that brings photographically. taken in Beacon Hill Woods by @sameggarphotography

Had fun seeking out mushrooms this weekend. Swipe for full screen. These ones were actually in quite a large cluster, but were slightly on the edge and making a nice little group of three, like a little family on their own. I don't know much about them but I think these are maybe Porcelain Mushrooms (please let me know if I've got this wrong, as I would love to know more!) taken in Beacon Hill Woods by @sameggarphotography

Sunrise at Symonds Yat last weekend. An early start ensured I was in position at the viewpoint half an hour or so before actual sunrise which was a good thing as it is facing Northeast and so by the time the sun breaks the horizon it is included in this composition and was treated to some fantastic colours in the minutes before and the soft light just starting to hit the ridge lines. taken in Symonds Yat by @sameggarphotography
