September 2025 vs June 2026. Very proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish in the last 9 months. Back in September I gained about 10lbs reaching 235 after trying to eat my feelings away after a breakup, felt like shit and knew something needed to change, since then I’ve been tracking my calories daily and been going to the gym 5-6 times a week and now I’m seeing results far beyond my expectations, life’s good
(ignore the back acne, I just started taking care of it and it’s already better than it was last week) by @samele423

Biggest rail I’ve hit a board slide on. Super happy to have put this down in the @winsportcanada rail jam taken in WinSport's Canada Olympic Park by @samele423

Super stoked to have sent pride rock at @kickinghorsemtn such a massive spot I have been looking at for years, leaned a little too far forward off the takeoff, but I will be back and I will conquer it (sorry for the bad crop on the vid, insta won’t let me fix it) by @samele423

Fun comp today did pretty well with my first official sub 10 and a podium for pyraminx, also a really good 2×2 average and a very close blind attempt, just 3 edges off by @samele423
