Oatmeal bake for a chilly day! It’s in the negatives here in Chicago so I woke up wanting something warm and comforting. I included the recipe below! ❣️

Recipe:
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 cups oats
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sunflower seeds or other nuts/seeds
1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp brown sugar

Whisk together the mashed banana peanut butter, maple syrup, olive oil, and milk in a large bowl. Add in the baking powder, cinnamon, and salt then whisk. Once well combined, fold in 1/2 cup of the blueberries and 3/4 cup of the sunflower seeds. Spread into a greased 8x8 baking dish. Top with the remaining sunflower seeds and blueberries and evenly sprinkle the brown sugar on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes then cut into squares and enjoy 🥣😌☕️ by @samenuts_differentcracks

Tahini Sesame Granola! 👏🏼 I was making my go-to granola recipe when I realized i ran out of olive oil, so I used tahini instead and it came out perfect. It is so crunchy, rich, and delicious and is unintentionally oil-free. Swipe for the recipe! ⭐️ by @samenuts_differentcracks
