Sorry this took a while.. it's been.. busy..

Behind the scenes of running a micro-batch home bakery as a mum… with a little help from AI. 🤖🍪✨

Between baking batches, managing orders, and keeping up with my 5-year-old, time is everything! Here’s how I actually use AI as my behind-the-scenes assistant:

They are simply stand ins when i need to talk to someone. They help me brainstorm, clean up my very long winded captions and help me check spelling my dyslexic brain makes.

It doesn't replace the heart, sweat, and hand-packed care that goes into every tub. It just gives me more time to focus on what matters most: baking good food and spending time with my family. 🤍

How are you using AI in your daily life or small biz? Let me know below! 👇 by @samhuibake

If you've ever been too scared to show up, this one's for you.

(Also yes, I use AI to run my bakery. Let me explain.) 🍪

Hey cookie fam! 👋
Hope you're having a blessed start to your week!

Quick confession: Over the weekend my DMs were filled with messages from the last batch saying "I regret only getting ONE tub!" or "I forgot to order for my in-laws/colleagues!" 😅❤️

So... I’m uploading a quick update video right now because 1st aug Drop goes live TOMORROW (Tuesday) in time for the National Day long weekend! 🇸🇬🍪

As always, y
Telegram get first dibs! I’ll drop the link right there at 12:25 PM—5 minutes before Instagram gets it at 12:30 PM.
Set your alarms, prep your order list (maybe grab an extra tub this time 😉), and I’ll see you tomorrow at 12:25 PM! by @samhuibake

Making the dough on camera today because receipts hit differently when you can the "kachings"

(And no, I'm not giving you my exact measurements. Yes, you can try. Same ingredients you have on your tubs anyways so that no secret)

But real talk—chocolate prices are up over 100% since last year. Butter shrunk, but the price tag didn't. Most brands look at this and ask, "How do we make this cheaper?"
We asked, "How do we keep it perfect and safe for our kids and family?"

I could’ve cut corners with cheap filler oils or "chocolate-flavored" compound chips or just reduce the amount to keep old prices. But i didn’t want to. Every single scoop in this tub is exactly what I’d feed my own cookie monster daughter, chocolate that actually melts, and so much macadamias they hang on for dear life

I'm not the cheap option. I never wanted to be. I'm the "I'll pay a little more because I can taste when someone actually cares and love" option. If we charged less, we’d have to give you less. And we refuse to compromise on your first bite.

So here is a video to see exactly what goes into a SamHuiBake tub.

👇 First access opens July 22nd.

Meet my mini me. Saturdays are as fun as we can make it. And what's better than having fun and making breakfast at the same time? She has been quite exposed to baking and she is generally a neat baker so weekends are reserved to make fun stuff. if cos there was Abe some mess but nothing a warm cloth can't get out.

Super easy recipe to follow. Comment below for the recipe and I'll send it over to you!! Love ya byeee by @samhuibake

Hi friends, I've been quiet here for a while.. the truth is, I burned out as a mum and a baker and needed to step back.

I'm rebuilding now, documenting the whole thing on TikTok, @samhuibake on TikTok, I'm too small to show up on google.. with a little help from Claude (my AI thinking-partner, more on that soon 😄).

The main reason why I am posting today is that I am moving off WhatsApp broadcast and onto Telegram, so updates actually reach you without the admin chaos.

*Tag a mama who needed to see this and stand a chance to win a small surprise from me this month*

I am finally back. Been fighting waves of insecurities the whole of April and while doing everything for everyone else, I forgot about me.

The constant wondering if I am doing enough for my kid, my family and my business. I went to a dark place for a while and it felt like I was letting everyone down. How could I as a mum, wife and business owner let everyone down. Everything was falling apart. I felt guilty for everything I do and didn't do. You know that feeling???

Had a HTH talk with the hubs and did some diving into the Word, I was prompted to make this post. Although May dates could have been launched earlier this week to ride on mother's day promos but I felt that I was not in the right space. (I'm so so sorry for those who have been asking me to launch so that they can get mother's day gifts)

I kept hearing 'fear not and know who I am' in my soul and it was quite scary to just let go and let God. Imposter syndrome hits hard.

But what better way to get out of the funk than to just do it? 'Don't think just do.' The biggest challenge of an over-thinker like me.

So this is THAT leap of faith, this is THE "getting off the overthinking train".

I am blebbing but I hope this is a sign to let you know that you are not alone and I am rooting and baking for you.

Love you loads! And yes, orders for May are now open! Promo code on site! by @samhuibake
