Coming back from an injury has taught me that progress can be tiny — and still be worth celebrating.

Sometimes it’s getting stronger.
Sometimes it’s taking another step forward.
Sometimes it’s painful.
Sometimes it’s having patience.
Sometimes it’s setbacks.

But every step is still part of the journey. 🤍

So I’m choosing to notice:

The tiny wins.
The unexpected moments.
The people who lift me up.
The environments where I thrive.
The things that make my eyes light up.

Because I genuinely believe what we surround ourselves with matters — but so does how we choose to look at our situation.

I’m done giving so much space to the negative.

Let’s choose,

More happiness.
More patience.
More positivity.
More of the things that make me feel alive.
The right environment ( the gym 💃🏼😌 finally)

And maybe sometimes we don’t need to change everything.

Maybe we just need to change what we choose to focus on. 🤍✨

There she is! ✨

How stunning is my bestie 😍

Lowlights added for a more lived in natural looking blonde, applied in a colour matching her natural root for an easy maintenance, softer look BUT we still kept that face frame bold, bright and blended! 🤍

About time we locked in! It’s been a minute!

Coming back from an injury that’s still not right but mostly managing to do the basics! Massively struggled with it mental, so iv given myself some grace but it’s Time to see what we can do 🤙🏻

Starting point for me for a little challenge for myself! Mission- fittest iv ever been before the years out✨✨
