At the Festival of Consciousness (FOC) 2026 in Barcelona.
@foc.thefestivalofconsciousness

It was an incredible experience and the speakers were amazing! Here are some of the speakers that I resonated with the most and what I learned from them:

Xavier Ginesta - who is the founder of FOC. I noticed that he embodied the courage to keep space and allow things to happen organically.

Nipun Mehta - he embodied grounded presence. Also, it was fascinating to see how he made decisions with trust & surrender. Resonated with him the most as it is very similar to the way I live life and make decisions as well.

Salim Ismail (@salimismailexo) - inspiring session blending technology and consciousness. He embodied curiosity and clarity of thought.

Hector Marcel (@wakeupist) - spoke about a heavy topic such as death with such joy and humor which I found fascinating.

Asha Nayaswami (@innerlifewith_asha) - spoke about the yuga cycles, where we currently are in the cycles and how to navigate this time. Very illuminating.

Rana Hawary (@ranahawary) & Nat Delagala (@nat.delagala) - shared a story of resilience & transformation. Of following the heart against all odds and message of spreading love. Deeply touching.
Made me realize that at the deepest level, all that everyone truly wants is love. They just try to seek it in different ways and from different things on the surface.

I also got the opportunity to watch these amazing and powerful documentaries.

The Heart Revolution - the heart is not just a pump but also a key to connecting with each other and to the quantum field.

Frequency: The Secret of Everything (@thefrequencymovie) - how everything is frequency and how frequency is the key to solving all the problems humanity is facing.

Super grateful for this experience and for the fact that I got to see people who perceive and navigate life in a similar way as me. It was beyond what I could have expected.

Eight years.
Eight years of landscapes that took my breath away, people who changed me, experiences I never could have planned, and growth I didn’t know I needed.
I’m moving back to India — and I leave with a full heart.
To everyone who crossed my path here: thank you. You are woven into who I am now. That doesn’t go away with distance.
Not a goodbye. Just a new horizon.

Sometimes moving forward feels a lot like moving backwards. 🧊✨

If you’ve ever tried to solve a Rubik’s cube, you know that getting the first side is easy because you can see the progress. But to solve the whole thing? You have to temporarily mess up what you’ve already built.

Life demands the exact same thing from us:

The Illusion of Control: We love to control the things we can see, but sheer control only gets us part of the way there.

The Power of Surrender: To achieve the bigger picture, we have to let go. We have to allow things to get a little messy.

Trusting the Process: When it feels like things are crumbling or you are losing your progress, that is exactly when you need to trust the most.

The universe is always working for your highest good. Keep going, trust the sequence, and watch how beautifully it all falls into place. 💫

Have you ever had a moment in life where things had to fall apart before they could fall into place? Let me know in the comments! 👇
