Extra grateful for all of the No’s that lead me to all of the Yes’s this year😌
Yes to:
rebuilding & resilience, redirection, learning from mistakes & finding the lesson, focusing on the good, surrounding myself with people who fill my cup, being present, “I get to” over “I have to”, authenticity, quality time, Girlhood!!, having a tighter circle, embracing change, choosing people who choose you, confidence, happiness being an inside job, pushing limits, prioritizing physical health, fueling my body, being 1% better everyday, mastering mindset shifts, only consuming content that contributes to being content, tapping into creativity, family time, self care & self love, growth mindset, new adventures & opportunities, exploring the world, celebrating others success, setting boundaries & saying no, two-way friendships, healthy relationships, spreading love, fostering new connections, doing more things that scare me + taking risks, showing up (spoiler alert, it matters), appreciating my own timeline
& last but most important, YES to dessert, always. 😆

In a digitally driven world of comparison and judgement, Loving reminder that the world of social media is often a highlight reel. You can’t compare your raw, real, unedited footage of your life to someone else’s highlight reel. Cheers to another beautiful year where a lot of life was lived, and here’s to a lot of living yet to come. Most GRATEFUL for the people in my corner, who I was so lucky to make countless memories with this year. Thank you for being here, growing together, and loving me through both my raw footage & my highlight reel.
