Got to meet Alejandro G Iñárritu who is a big inspiration for me at LACMA for his new Sueño Perro exhibit! The Revenant is a big influence for me so it was a great honor to get a picture with one of the great masters!

Now I just need to meet Alfonso Cuarón and I’ll have met the Legendary Sannin of directors !

I had the great honor of meeting my film making hero @realgdt at the 16th anniversary of Pan’s Labyrinth. Being able to thank him for being the reason I wanted to become a film maker meant everything and I can’t wait until I get to work with the master himself!

I hope next time I can also say hello to @actordougjones who also stopped by and is a incredible actor and a inspiration himself for all things creature acting !!!

Happy 20th Anniversary to my favorite film of all time which started me on the path to movie making!

Caught a screening at work which became a full circle moment! Not only did this mark my 10th time seeing @gdtreal speak in person, the first time I went to see him do a Q&A was at the museum and it was also for Pan’s Labyrinth!

This time I got to see Pan’s with some of my closest friends who had never seen it before and the cast and other people responsible for getting the film made were also in attendance making the night a very special one!

🇯🇵Japan 2026!🇯🇵

This was my second time in Tokyo, and I had a lot more time to take in the sights and actually get to enjoy the cherry blossoms there in full bloom this time! Even with a full week and a packed itinerary it’s still not enough time to do everything!😭 It’s still a lot of fun running around Shibuya with your best friends though!

This counts as my April post! 😂

🇰🇷 Korea on Film!🇰🇷

I never go anywhere without my film camera and I got some fun shots I brought back with me! It was worth the hassle of transporting film rolls through 4 flights!

🇰🇷 Korea 2026!🇰🇷

Took a recent trip to South Korea as part of a double trip with one of my best friends and it was a great time! I went in totally blind, so every day I was there I got to learn, see, and discover a ton of new things (which included a TON of cafes)! A future trip is definitely in the cards since there are lots of things left to check out!

Yes, this counts as my March recap post since I spent the back half of it there. 😂
