@therealbaddollyy @danielsleather 🖤 MEET THE REAL BADDOLLY — BEAUTY, CONFIDENCE & MENTAL HEALTH AT NYFW 2026! #fyp #instagood #reels #trending #foryou by @samir__guerrero

Standing with two kings: on the 2nd, I had the privilege of meeting Joey Bada$$, a lyrical genius. I told him my favorite song is “Land of the Free” because it really speaks to me as a Garifuna, part of a sovereign nation.

On the 3rd, I met Malcolm Mays, an incredible producer, screenwriter, and actor known for his role in the TV show “Snowfall.” I love his acting; he truly represents the new generation.

Today, I witnessed his civil rights being violated by the police. It breaks my heart to see such injustice inflicted upon my aboriginal people.

@proteinpouf Day 46: Still growing. Still believing. Still becoming. 🌞

My comeback won’t happen overnight, but every day I show up for myself is another victory.

To everyone fighting a silent battle, don’t give up on yourself. Your story isn’t finished!

#instagood #fyp #honduras🇭🇳 #jamaica🇯🇲 #explore by @samir__guerrero

@proteinpouf What does depression and alopecia really look like? Sometimes, it’s the person smiling in your face while silently fighting battles you know nothing about. 💔

If only you knew what I live with behind closed doors. The extreme verbal abuse, the emotional weight, and the pain of being around people who seem to have forgotten what it means to have a heart. Some days, the battle isn’t just about my hair. It’s about protecting my peace, rebuilding my confidence, and finding the strength to keep going when life feels heavy.

But I’m still here. DAY 45. 🌻

I’m choosing Protein Pouf as part of my natural hair journey, and I’m documenting every step. I’m looking in the mirror and reminding myself that my circumstances do not define my future. My hair journey is about more than my hairline. It’s about reclaiming my confidence, creating opportunities, and working toward financial freedom in an economy that makes survival harder every day.

I want to turn my pain into purpose. I want to build something of my own, inspire people struggling with alopecia, and remind anyone battling depression that they deserve kindness, respect, and peace.

I’m not asking for sympathy. I’m showing the world what resilience looks like. My healing is personal. My dreams are bigger than my setbacks, and my future is worth fighting for. #fyp #explore #instagood #reels #trending by @samir__guerrero

@proteinpouf 🌱🔥 DAY 44: THE COMEBACK OF THE CROWN! 👑😂

Protein Pouf Chebe Butter is officially one of the best hair products I’ve had in YEARS! 😭🔥 The smell got me looking at my hair like, “Listen, we’re not just growing anymore… WE’RE EVOLVING!” 😂🌿🧬

I’m going back to nature, back to my roots, and back to the man I know I can become. Between depression, stress, and fighting those seven deadly sins, life has been throwing punches like it’s training for the heavyweight championship. 🥊💀 But guess what? I’M STILL STANDING!

Every morning, I face the mirror, and I’m starting to see something deeper than my reflection. I’m seeing my soul rise from the fall. I’m seeing my confidence return, my spirit getting stronger, and my faith in myself coming back one day at a time. ❤️🙏🏾#fyp #hairgrowth #hairgoals #instagood #alopecia by @samir__guerrero

@proteinpouf Day 43… I looked in the mirror today, and for once, I didn’t just see my hair. I saw a warrior who refuses to give up on himself. ❤️‍🩹

I’m staying loyal to Protein Pouf Chebe Butter, Jamaican Castor Oil, and Sun Splash Leave-In Conditioner because I’m on a journey to nurture my hair and rebuild my confidence, one day at a time. 🌿💪🏽

Depression, stress, long hours at work, and life’s unexpected battles have tested me, but they haven’t taken away my desire to rise again. Sometimes, the hardest person to convince that you’re still beautiful is the person staring back at you in the mirror.

I’m learning to be patient with my hair, my mind, and my healing. Going back to nature reminds me that growth takes time. A seed doesn’t become a tree overnight, and neither does a comeback happen in 43 days! 😂🌳

ALOPECIA, WE GOT BEEF! 🥊🤣 You might have challenged my hairline, but you haven’t defeated my spirit!

My goal? To see my edges rise again and grow my hair longer than Michael Jackson’s iconic curls! 🕺🏽😂 One day, I’m going to look back at these pictures and remember that I kept going when giving up would have been easier.

This journey is bigger than hair. It’s about self-love, confidence, mental wellness, and reminding everyone struggling with hair loss that they deserve to feel beautiful, too. ❤️

I’m not promising overnight miracles. I’m showing up, staying consistent, and giving myself grace along the way. #fyp #art #reels #instagood #honduras🇭🇳 by @samir__guerrero

@proteinpouf I’M NOT JUST GROWING HAIR. I’M REBUILDING MY CONFIDENCE. 🌱❤️

Every time I look in the mirror, I remind myself that my journey isn’t over.

I’ve faced fear, depression, stress, and the emotional weight that comes with hair loss. Some days are harder than others, but I’m learning that healing takes patience, courage, and self-love.

I’m choosing to stay loyal to my personal hair-care routine: Protein Pouf, Jamaican Castor Oil, and Sun Splash. My hair looks nice and shiny, and I’m documenting the journey one day at a time. 🌞🇯🇲

I’m not here to judge anybody else’s choices. I’m here to share mine.

My hair does not determine my worth. My struggles do not determine my future. And fear does not get the final word.

If you’re fighting a battle that nobody sees, I hope this reminds you to give yourself grace.

We’re still here. We’re still trying. We’re still growing. 👑

@proteinpouf 🌱❤️ **DAY 41: I HAD TO GO BACK TO THE ROOTS!** ❤️🌱

Sometimes, life tests you in ways that people will never understand. When I look in the mirror, I see more than my hair journey. I see a person who has been fighting, struggling, healing, and learning to love himself again. 💯

Living with alopecia and facing health challenges has tested my confidence, especially during moments when depression and long hours at work made everything feel heavier. But today, I’m choosing to keep going. **MY CONFIDENCE IS COMING BACK!** 👑☀️

For Day 41, I’m bringing it back to the roots with **Protein Pouf Leave-In Conditioner and Sun Splash!** 🌿 Sun Splash is honestly one of the greatest-smelling sprays I’ve ever experienced. I’m giving it a **10/10 WITH A BONUS OF A BILLION STARS!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

This journey is bigger than products, hair, or appearances. I’m doing this for every person who has lost their hair because of illness, medical treatments, alopecia, or circumstances beyond their control. To everyone fighting lupus, cancer, and other health battles: I see you. Your worth is not measured by your hair, and your beauty is not defined by what illness takes from you.

I’m sharing my personal journey, my struggles, and my progress because somebody out there needs to know they aren’t alone. ❤️

**41 DAYS IN. STILL STANDING. STILL FIGHTING. STILL BELIEVING.** 🌞🌱

It’s more than hair. It’s confidence. It’s self-love. It’s resilience. It’s survival.

👑 **WE ARE MORE THAN OUR STRUGGLES. WE ARE WARRIORS!**

Alopecia has been a part of my life for years. Sometimes, I feel like my hair has been under attack, and the emotional battle behind the reflection is something people don’t always see. 😔
Behind the smile, I’m fighting battles of my own. I’ve been dealing with depression, working long hours, and trying to keep pushing forward even when life feels heavy. Sometimes, the strongest people are the ones silently fighting battles nobody knows about.
But I’m not giving up on myself. ☀️🌱
I’m on a journey to nourish my scalp, care for my hair, and rebuild my confidence. Indian Ayurvedic Oil by Protein Pouf is part of my personal hair-care journey. I want to feed my hair the nourishment it needs while giving myself the patience, consistency, and love I deserve.
🌿 5 reasons I’m exploring Ayurvedic hair care:
Scalp nourishment — Hair oils can help moisturize a dry scalp.
Moisture retention — The right oil can help reduce moisture loss and dryness in the hair.
Hair protection — Some oils can help reduce friction, tangling, and breakage.
A self-care ritual — Taking time to care for my scalp gives me a moment to slow down and focus on myself.
Consistency and confidence — Building a routine reminds me that my journey isn’t over, and I deserve to keep showing up for myself.
Let me be honest: I’m still fighting, still learning, and still believing in the possibility of progress. I know oil isn’t a guaranteed cure for alopecia, but I’m committed to caring for myself inside and out.
To anyone battling hair loss, depression, stress, or silently carrying the weight of the world: YOU ARE MORE THAN WHAT YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR. Your worth isn’t measured by your hair, your struggles, or how much pain you can hide behind a smile.
Some days, self-care means showing up for your hair. Other days, it means simply getting out of bed and making it through another day.
Today, I’m choosing not to give up on myself. 🌞❤️
Follow my journey. This is more than hair growth. This is about confidence, healing, patience, and learning to love myself again.
