From the moment I brought you home you claimed the couch, the bed, the floor you stole my heart (and all my snacks) And then came back to beg for more! With zoomies fast and all the toys you keep me laughing everyday with cuddles and treats and kisses galore I guess you'd say you're here to stay!

Feeling fantastic after awesome 5 mile run this morning and I couldn't stop coughing for 1st couple of minutes into my run and then I just carried on with my run after that and got it done and I'm in love with my new running shoes and the best shoes yet and I had a bad week last week and I had a friendship break with someone in September but we decided not to be friends anymore as it got to much for us both but we said if we would say hello to each other if we bump into each other. taken in East Sussex by @samjbrown91
