No hagas latigazo.

Here are 3 keys to improve your volleyball reception:

1. Stay low and balanced
Keep your knees bent and your weight slightly forward.
A low position helps you react faster and control difficult serves.
2. Angle your platform early
Don’t swing your arms at the last second.
Create a strong platform early and guide the ball with your shoulders, not with big arm movements.
3. Move your feet before the contact
Great reception is not only about the arms.
Use quick small steps to position your body behind the ball and keep control.

Reception is about consistency, not perfection.
Master the basics, repeat them every day, and your game will completely change.
