Today, I cried. And then I cried some more. 🥲

I think today was the day it really hit me that this project is SO much bigger than I ever anticipated.

Normally, I’m pretty good at figuring things out, winging it, and somehow making it work. But this? This is NOT one of those projects. 😂

I’ve poured so much time, money, energy, and heart into turning this little shed into something I’ve dreamed about. And today? I just felt completely defeated.

I know it’ll all be worth it in the end, but I’m also learning that it’s okay to have days where I don’t have it all figured out.

So today, we cried. Tomorrow, we try again. 🖤

Because this little studio isn’t going to build itself… unfortunately. 😂

It’s not something I say a lot… but I was wrong. Very wrong.

& I wouldn’t trade it for anything!

PROGRESS!

On this episode I did nothing but run to the store to buy more supplies & call in help!

We’re getting closer! 👀

Morning Walmart finds!!

I asked the lady if there was a limit she told me no.. she was incorrect! Three is the lucky number.

No, these are not all for Emorie. No, I’m not trying to mark these up and resell them. Just making sure all my mom friends & Sam have some!

ChatGPT made drywall sound WAY easier than this. 💀😂

On this episode of turning a shed into a spray tan studio… we’ve officially got WALLS. 🔨🙌🏼

We called in a friend and THANK GOODNESS we did because this was definitely a little more difficult than just asking ChatGPT for the answer. 😂

But LOOK AT HER!! It’s finally starting to feel like a real space. 🥹✨

Next up: mudding 👀
Surely that’ll be easy… right? 😂 taken in Panama City Beach, Florida by @samjhead21

Good grades get rewarded!

Sometimes it doesn’t work out. & then sometimes it does. We found out a friend had been looking for some & she was able to get our duplicates!

Better luck next time!

Late post!!! 😂

We started collecting a NEW mystery box & I fear we’re already hooked. 😂

These are Sad Baby and we’ve been finding them at Walmart & Target! Look how freaking CUTE they are!! 😭🥹

Emorie is officially obsessed… and honestly, I might be too. 😂

Now the real question is… how long until we collect them ALL?! 👀

Emorie probably won’t remember what she learned on September 1st years from now… but you know what she will remember?
She will remember waking up to a very ameture Harry Potter set up. She’ll remember getting to go buy all the Harry Potter toys. And She’ll remember, mom is the coolest 😉😂

At the end of the night she asked if we could do this again next year. So I’d say the tradition has began. 🫶🏻
