I couldn’t sleep I was so excited to start the day; beat the crowds to the beach, had a gentle start as the sun started to rise 🥹🏝️ There’s a special energy here and we’re soaking up every second of it! #hawaii #waileabeach #sunsandsea #onabeachinhawaii taken in Wailea Beach, Maui by @samkeepssmiling

Kicking off the new month by sharing our renewal photos! UGH! there’s so much to choose from, I’m going to be sharing so many of these for a while 🫶🏾🥹 These all truly help capture what felt like a scene out of a movie 🍿 Our photographer @tiaclarkphotography was such an absolute joy to work with, when I presented this wild idea to her she didn’t have to think twice! 100/10 recommend a vegas wedding 💒 or wedding renewal or a just friken because we can celebration and booking through her!!! The whole album left us incredibly speechless ❤️ #Vegaswedding #littlewhitechapel #livethelifeyoudream #lifeismadeofsmallmomentslikethese taken in Little White Wedding Chapel by @samkeepssmiling

Stepping foot on the Pyramids of Giza was just such an unexplainable experience (in the most exciting way possible) 🥲🐪 Months ago I would not have even fathomed enduring such a trip, yet alone managing to check so many bucket list destinations in a short period of time 🙊

Traveling has become honestly a huge piece of me…I’m unapologetically in my wanderlust era of my own life. If I never go, I’ll never know….I’ve fallen deeply for the essence of curiosity and the unknown. Adventure will always be out there, and I plan to keep on finding it 🌎

This month of October has me like….. 🎃😭🤣 On a real note, it’s very VERY expected. I truly am grateful for being busy- some times if I even have a “free day” I don’t even know what to do with it because what even is that!

I KNOW THIS PRETTY RAVE GIRL, & HER NAME IS RACHELLE 🥹💕😭💫 It’s an absolute pleasure to be existing on this earth at the same time as you. What ever crazy thing I did, to have life bring me to you I’m forever GRATEFUL! Happiest of birthdays to the wildest child, twin to my flame, rave sister, and actual sissy from another missy. You truly encapsulate what this world needs MORE of- you authentic, genuine and loving human being. I love you so much, and I love your girls aka my god daughters which are seriously the biggest blessings. I cannot fathom what crazy adventures are up ahead because we have been THROUGH it already 🩷 I wouldn’t have it any other way- counting down the days till we get to be dancing and singing together again! May this next decade bring you an abundance of joy and even more love (& Dancefloor moments) than ever before #sisterhood #BFFS #longdistancefriendship #ravetothegrave #gratefulforyou by @samkeepssmiling

Kicked off the entire month of October celebrating at @horrornights & @disneyland 🎃 Ugh the freeing spirit of just being able to play - letting your inner child roam for just a few hours with nothing but what house to try out next or what ride to ride…. Theme parks have always just captivated my soul because of how much they were part of my child hood and how silly/giddy they make me feel like 🥹…. I’m obsessed with roller coasters and have always been quite the adrenaline junkie for ever now- I adore haunted houses (and weirdly love them too), October settling in means more 🌙 darker days ahead - and tbh I’ve always loved when we have more “night time” since I’m literally quite the night owl #timetoplay

Some how left earth and made it back in time for work tomorrow 🪐💫🙏🏻 AHHH first and foremost, I want to give a HUGE thank you to @joshspartyplanning for inviting me and Zach to experience this event in person….I was super excited to find out I won the invite giveaway a few weeks ago, but even more excited to meet the creatives behind this!! The craftsmanship, the dedication and design of this is truly a work of art. This truly felt like I was in the middle of a movie being shot 😆🫶🏾 I’m already so looking forward to the next one and helping with the crafting adventures for it!! It’s very admiring to see the community of friendship that came together to put this on, it’s just absolutely amazing and just very grateful 🥹 #spacerave #outerspace #outofthisworld #imagination by @samkeepssmiling

When we think about protein and nutrition, we usually think about what it could do for our body…but what about our brain?
•
•
This partnership with MOSH feels especially personal because my grandmother lived with Alzheimer’s for several years, that’s also why I loved learning the story behind MOSH. Co-founder Maria Shriver experienced Alzheimer’s firsthand with her father, which helped inspire her and her son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, to create a protein bar with brain health in mind!
•
•
MOSH combines protein with their Signature Brain Blend, including ingredients like lion’s mane, ashwagandha, vitamin B12, and vitamin D3…making it an easy addition to your everyday routine. AND now you can find MOSH at Target stores nationwide! 🎯 (and if you don’t believe me go see for yourself) 😉
