I’ve never really stopped and asked myself what this sport has meant to me over the years.

The answer isn’t straight forward or something I can easily put into words. The only thing I can say is; that it has, and continues to allow me to, express everything I feel inside, outwardly.

Honoured to announce that I’ve been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2026 Lifesaving World Championships in South Africa, where I’ll once again have the privilege of captaining the team.

Every selection is special, and wearing the Union Jack is something I’ll never take for granted.
