Another great story by @jessmcfarlaneauthor! UNAwere is a werewolf romcom about Sybbie, the awkward, talkative werewolf who is much more comfortable in her human form. She loves her little sister, her adopted alpha dad, her job and food. She has also cared for her sister for years as a substitute parent, so when the alpha of another pack wants a ‘bonding’ (werewolf wants a wife) to form an alliance, Sybbie steps in so her sister doesn’t have to. Only problem is future hubby is on the other side of the country and Sybbie refuses to fly, so in comes Jude Briggs to drive her across the country. Jude is everything Sybbie is not - quiet, comfortable being a werewolf and would choose cigarettes over food. Stuck on the road together, Briggs and Sybbie are both tested in different ways and by the time they reach their destination, let’s just say they have a new problem and things certainly take a turn. I’m a big fan of Jess’ stories. She always writes characters with depth and writes evil characters brilliantly (and yes there is one in here you’ll love to hate), strong females and fantastic fight scenes. I really loved the premise of this story. It’s a fun and entertaining read, and if you like spice then you won’t be disappointed!
