4 Lower Mobility Movements EVERY Hockey Player Should be Doing - SLP All Access Training

Having good mobility is so important. It’s going to help you stay healthy for longer, generate more power and move more efficiently on the ice

So here are 4 movements I think every player should be doing every week:

1. Ankle Flexion
2. 90/90 Variations
3. Adductor/Groin Rocks
4. Deep Squat Variations

Aim to add these into your full routine at least 2-3x a week…

And if you want to access a fully structured mobility program along with 13 other training plans all available in the same place, then click the link in my bio or comment “PROGRAM” and I’ll send you the link so you try your first week on the program COMPLETELY FREE by @samlyne_
