Halloween 2026
🎃🤿✨🐚🧜🏼‍♀️

Mike was in charge of picking our costumes this year. Back in 2022 we spent Halloween in Denver. We walked into a bar and saw a man in a Scuba Steve costume. Ever since that night, Mike has not got that costume out of his head. This is the year he brought it to life. It worked out perfectly since Regan wanted to be a mermaid. I got to double as a Hooters waitress as well as a mermaid. I made the mermaid costume back in 2017 when Mike and I first started dating. Halloween this year was so much fun!

The focus right now is to live slowly and admire on all the incredible things we have in front of us. October was a very overwhelming month, but fortunately everything worked out. A story time coming soon 🤎

I really didn't want to workout today, but I put on my favorite set and took my pre workout so I had no choice!! I genuinely believe if you feel cute and are buzzing from pre workout you have the best lift!

It is Soup season, and this Instant Pot Gnocchi Soup has been a repeat on my weekly menu! 🍲😋

Ingredients:
1 lb. Turkey Sausage
Onion
Garlic
1 can Crushed Tomatoes
4 C. Bone Broth
Shelf Stable Gnocchi
3 C. Baby Spinach
1/2 C. Parmesan
1/2 C. Heavy Cream
Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes

Set the Instant Pot to Sauté. Add the onion to the pot and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and translucent, about 3–4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the sausage and cook, breaking it into small pieces, until browned and cooked through with no pink remaining, about 5–6 minutes.

Pour in the diced tomatoes with their juices and the chicken broth. Stir in the Italian seasoning, and black pepper, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Add the gnocchi and stir to submerge.

Press Cancel to stop Sauté mode. Secure the lid and set the valve to Sealing. Pressure cook on High for 4 minutes. When the cook time ends, carefully perform a quick release by turning the valve to Venting.

Remove the lid. Stir in the baby spinach and stir until wilted, about 1–2 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the Parmesan until the cheese is fully melted and the broth is creamy and slightly thickened, about 1–2 minutes more. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to your liking.

Bringing you along while I run errands 🤍 A much needed Botox appointment at @purehydrationandaesthetics was on the agenda! As much as I love being a little frozen 😂, I primarily get tox to help manage my migraines. Beauty benefits are just a bonus! by @sammdoeslife

A relationship I long for but will likely never have. Setting boundaries is hard, but I’ve worked too hard to ever get that close to my childhood again.
