It’s difficult to put into words the emotions I’ve felt throughout this journey. There has been pain, there have been tears, but above all, my heart is filled with gratitude. Thank you to my family for their love, prayers, and unwavering support. Thank you to everyone who stood beside me throughout this journey. And most importantly, thank you God for giving me the strength to keep going, especially during the most difficult moments.

I do not take this honour or blessing lightly. I carry this with humility and a heart full of gratitude for my ancestors, my family, and the beautiful culture we are blessed to call our own. I also understand this comes with great responsibility. It represents more than strength and endurance. It is a lifelong commitment to service, respect, leadership, and carrying myself in a way that honours those who came before me and those who will come after.

To me, true leadership is not about the honour you receive, but the responsibility you accept and the example you leave behind. This journey has brought out so many emotions, but if there is one word that will forever remain in my heart, it is simply:

Thank you. ❤️🇼🇸 by @sammielz

We’ve come a long way, my brother. 16 years in the making since we first started this journey together. We’ve shared chapters that no one else will ever fully understand, and seeing the man you’ve become today reminds me that every setback, sacrifice, and lesson was worth pushing through. I couldn’t be prouder of you. Thank you for never changing your heart. Love ya Pepa 💙🤞🏽 by @sammielz

The right calling doesn’t get quieter with time. It just waits for the right moment to be heard again 💫

Always a vibe coming back home. After years away from performing back home, this one meant a little more. Auckland, thank you for the love and energy. Grateful to everyone who came out and everyone behind the scenes who made the show possible. Can’t wait to do it all again soon!

What an incredible honour it was to be trained by the legendary big uso, David Tua, here in Samoa. Moments like this are the kind I once only dreamed of as a young Samoan kid growing up. A memory and experience I’ll carry with me forever! 🇼🇸 by @sammielz
