I helped Samuel show what happens when you train with a purpose bigger than just the gym. 🍽 Samuel came to us with a unique and exciting set of goals — training for aesthetics for the stage and building the strength needed to perform at his best. Two goals, one plan, zero compromise. 🏋️‍♂️ His training was built around strength and hypertrophy, developing the size, shape and conditioning needed to look the part on stage while building the functional strength required to perform at the highest level. His nutrition was dialled in to fuel both goals simultaneously — keeping him lean and aesthetic while ensuring he had everything he needed to train hard and perform harder.
