Watching the world through the eyes of my 1-year-old son and my 8-year-old daughter today was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. From the wide-eyed wonder of my little man seeing everything for the first time, to the sheer joy and determination in my daughter as she navigated her way through the park—every moment was a “core memory” in the making.

As a mom and a professional, I often talk about building a high-level life, but today reminded me that the strongest foundations are built with love, laughter, and a little bit of Lego magic. 🏗️💜

We’re not just building models; we’re building confidence, curiosity, and a legacy of joy. It wasn’t just a day at a theme park; it was a masterclass in being present and manifesting the miraculous in the everyday.

𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳.
We all have 2 voices in our head: our ego and our higher self or our true self.
Our 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 always knows what’s best. Is fearless, confident, happy, and abundant. Our true self is optimistic & is willing to try new things because our true self knows that everything is working out for the greater good.
Our ego, on the other hand is fear based. Our ego has one purpose. To keep you alive. & if it doesn’t mean survival- the ego isn’t having it.
For example- you have a great idea, you get excited about it for a split second. but before that thought goes any further your ego is shutting it down- telling you things like “that will never work” Your ego is scared. Your ego holds you back. Your ego is also wrong about potential outcomes. Your ego makes up what-if scenarios. Your ego is what is keeping you living the bare minimum.
The next time you have a thought about deserving more, wanting more, being more, doing more, doing something new, exciting, etc — be weary of the ego shutting it down- & when it does. Tell it to shut up, because you got this.
I will literally talk to my ego and say things like “thank you for always trying to protect me, but I am in control of this situation and we are safe making new choices.” & 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞!
