It is my baby’s 9th birthday today. 9 years of loving you, defending you and protecting you. I never thought I could be a girl mom, but God sent you to me for a million different reasons. I am blessed beyond measure to have my mini, to get to do all the girlie things and rock out with you every day. I love you Always and Forever Monkey ❤️🖤 #alwaysandforever #emomom #emodaughter #blessed #dolly by @sammy_bear0706

I am so proud and incredibly blessed to be your mom. To watch you succeed through every phase of your life, even when it didn’t always go the way we planned, has been an honor. You are strong, courageous, humble and never forget where you came from. I pray the Lord bless you and keep you, I pray for your peace over these next several months and the protection of Jesus and his legions of angels over every step. Love you kid. Always ❤️🤍💙 by @sammy_bear0706

My dads one request from my mom was to play this song when we laid him to rest. I feel like I lost so much of who I was when he went away. I retreated to lick my wounds and let life kick me in the butt. Not anymore. No more live to work, no more staying behind closed doors. It’s time to live, to love and find the joy in the small things. Dad wants to watch me live, and he’s going to get the best seat in the house with Jesus ❤️ by @sammy_bear0706

I don’t know what I miss the most, your hugs, the sound of your voice reminding me of who I am or seeing you be the best Papa to my babies. Two years have passed and you’re missed just as much today as you were then. We do find you in the joyous moments, in the times we know you would’ve been there screaming with us at the kids games or doing silly dances to random music that comes on the radio. Most people may not understand why I feel you in this song, but we know and God knows. I may have been the 99 in the moment he brought you home, but you were the 1 He needed then to bring us all back together again. I’ll see you in a blink, daddy. Love you always and forever ❤️ by @sammy_bear0706

8 special, amazing, challenging but exceptional years with my little Monkey. God knew I needed a daughter to make me softer. Skylar Leigh you have always been strong, determined, intelligent and the biggest cuddle bug. I cannot wait to see what you do and how you conquer life and your dreams. I love you always and forever my sunshine ❤️ by @sammy_bear0706

Had the honor of witnessing two of the best people I know, marry each other last night. They are the friends that have become family and I couldn’t imagine anyone better for these two. Love you both with all my heart 🖤 by @sammy_bear0706
