I’ve never really done an intro like this, but lately I’ve been craving more connection. So here’s my mini-intro—who I am, how I got here, and what I’m building now.

One thing my couples tell me all the time:

That’s why my approach is both hands-on and fluid not over-posed or awkward.

On a wedding day, I focus on:
• supporting a stress free, joyful environment
• creating gorgeous frames for real moments to exist
• finding interesting light that adds to the mood of your unique story

You don’t need to plan moments for performed emotion.
You just need to trust me.

That’s how the real moments happen.
And feel like they belong in a magazine.

Your photographer matters more than your venue.

Now don’t get me wrong, San Francisco City Hall is sick.

But no matter where you say ‘I do’, you will spend a lot of time with your photographer on your wedding day.

So I remind my couples that whether or not it’s me (though I sincerely hope so)…

It is imperative you VIBE with your photographer.

And not just because you’re low key making out in front of them all day.

But because your photos will be a visual reminder of your experience.

And your friends and family will remember it too.

This time next year you will not be in planning mode.

The emails, the seating chart, the timeline, will all have come and gone in a whirlwind of a weekend.

And you will be on the other side of the most important day of your life.
Probably a little exhausted…
but in the best possible way.

One of the first things you will to do is open your gallery and finally see your day the way everyone else did.

The question is not whether that moment arrives.
It is what you feel WHEN it does.

Will you feel the rush of recognition,
frames so alive they pull you back onto the dance floor?

Or a gnawing disappointment you cannot quite name, photos that recorded the day, but somehow lost their pulse along the way?

I care deeply about:

• Creating imagery that looks like it belongs in a magazine, but feels like you • Directing with intention while leaving space for real laughter and movement • Making art that is refined, cinematic, and genuinely fun to create

Which means I won’t:
• Over-pose you into something that looks perfect but feels awkward • Chase trends that sacrifice personality for popularity

My couples choose me because they want photos that look editorial — without feeling staged.

They want to look ICONIC. & actually ENJOY the process.

And I protect that standard from start to finish.

Not every photographer is meant for every couple.
And that’s a good thing.

I don’t photograph weddings because they’re pretty.
I photograph them because I believe choosing love is the bravest, most powerful thing we do — and I want to honor that choice.

I’ve seen what happens when love asks us to be courageous.

I know how quickly moments disappear…
how grandparents age, how vows get fuzzy in memory, how the feeling of golden light on your skin fades faster than you expect.

That’s why I care so much about: • emotional truth over perfection • legacy over trends • creating art that feels like a Time Machine

This wedding will always stay with me.

Not just because the details were incredible — but because Drew and Dori’s story is the kind that reminds you how love is actually built.

It started with slow weekend mornings. Bacon in the pan. Coffee brewing. Drew cooking while Dori watched from the couch, wrapped in a blanket, teasing him about the dishes he’d inevitably leave behind. Those small, ordinary moments quietly became the foundation of everything between them.

And when he proposed, it happened the same way their love began — in pajamas, over breakfast, talking about the mornings when he first realized he was already all in.

From their story to every thoughtful, intentional detail woven throughout their day, this celebration felt deeply personal from start to finish.

“A full wedding day in two hours.”

At the Franciscan Lakeside Lodge, we documented a welcome dinner, ceremony, portraits, and celebration — all inside a window that normally barely covers getting ready.

It only worked because of an incredible team that worked together with intention, trust, and creativity.

These kinds of days are a reminder that storytelling isn’t about time we have (or don’t) — it’s about connection, preparation, and collaboration.
