From many personal experience’s rage out when triggered / disrespected it’s good for your nervous system then pray for them 🤣🙏The strong ones will survive and not make a big deal out of your reaction for thier actions. 😉 Real ones will also take accountability.

We have been told from a young age to “Be the bigger person. Keep quiet.”

No. Sometimes swallowing your anger, disrespect, and truth just to keep the peace is how you slowly destroy your own peace.

Your body keeps score when you constantly suppress what you feel. Chronic stress can take a toll on your body and mind.

People should get a reaction to what they repeatedly put out. You don’t get to blame people’s reaction for the disrespect that caused it.

You can’t provoke a boundary, cross a line, disrespect someone and then act shocked when they respond.

don’t start chaos. But stop cycles.

own your reactions and people need to own what created it.

And if protecting your peace makes you the villain in anyone’s story they create or tell other people
wear it loud and proud.

The truth always prevails ✨

Sammy has a new hobby🥊🥊 If you’re scared you should be 😜😏

Your body and mind keeps receipts. And eventually, the bill comes due ladies and gents.

Unresolved trauma, chronic stress, and emotional chaos don’t magically disappear because you “moved on.” Your nervous system remembers — and your body will pay the price.

Poor sleep. Hormonal chaos. Inflammation. Exhaustion. Changes in appetite, weight, mood, and energy.

Your nervous system is fighting for its life man.😭

Heal your shit. Regulate your nervous system. Stop glorifying survival mode.

Because your body will eventually expose everything your mouth insisted you were “fine” about. So find you’re outlet because your life and health literally depend on it.

‼️🚨Ps . The only time I will listen to a man is when he is teaching me how to kick the shit out of one by the way😘😉

Happy Birthday to my angel baby boy Cruz 🌞🌙✨👼
April 20th will forever be a day that has taught me this…Death of a child makes you rebulid yourself up over and over after the things that tryed to kill you. Reinvents you. You learn you need to turn endings into openings w open arms , doubt into determination,and every setback into a reason to rise higher.

Every-time someone try’s to disturb my peace , hurt me in anyway I always go back and remember that I will survive because I already endured the most pain loosing my son. ( I will fuck you up now tho 😏)

I release the weight and sadness of way too many years with gratitude and grace. I stand in the stillness with courage, clarity, and an open heart. What no longer serves me melts away like frost in sunlight.
I claim my strength, my wisdom, and my inner fire. I step into my best version of myself every year because of my angel and God. They both will continue to bless me and protect me 🙏

Because I am a big full moon girl these pictures were fitting and I was suppose to post on my birthday for another trip around the sun and moon🌕🌞So here we are .

I have a soft heart,and a pure soul, that’s why I feel everything so deeply. But let’s be clear on one thing.. this is my superpower, not my weakness.
The world needs more of me so I will not suppress it. But I need to learn it’s not my job to heal every person I meet, but it’s my job to make sure my kind nature remains intact throughout this fucked up journey even after all the ugly souls I have been in contact w . I am going to stay close to those who genuinely appreciate me , and stay far far away from those whose only goal is to take advantage of my sweet and pure energy. I am a rare gem the Universe has blessed with heightened clairvoyance and divinity. I will stay blessed and shine everywhere I go ✨🙏
