This past weekend was the Spanish Parkour National Championship
I had competed last year and ended up one place from making the finals in the Freestyle category (flips lol)
So this year, I had one goal: to be a national finalist (top 8)
When I first arrived at the competition I saw that the level this year was very high and I thought that my chances were very slim of making the finals
However day one went really well and I was able to qualify to the finals in 6th place 💪🏼
The only problem was I hadn't prepared ANYTHING for a second line and found myself having to scramble to prepare something for day two
So, I went to the beach to practice some tricks, I studied the video of the course and I mentally prepared a second line
Even with only 12 minutes to prepare it, my line day 2 still went well and I finished 4th in the whole country 🙌🏼
Since I don't have Spanish citizenship my results were placed into a separate international category (as you can see in the last picture) and for that reason I took home a silver medal 🥈💪🏼
For similar reasons, I also ended up taking home a bronze medal 🥉in the Speed category (although in this case there were many Spaniards that were faster than me haha)
I completely surpassed my expectations for myself and I am super proud of how the weekend went
Thanks a lot to my team @murciamovement
And congratulations to @eduuu.3run @johan_baronapk @ene.tupa and @isaaccisnerospk on their wins! #pk #parkour #freerun #freerunning by @samn.yow

For those who don't speak Spanish, I'm currently on day 8/30 going to and training in every autonomous community in Spain
Here's a little something from Barcelona a few days ago. It's been a crazy adventure so far and there's a lot left to go 💪🏼
