Let’s make Hasselback potatoes loaded with garlic and melted cheese. 🥔

Recipe
• Prep time: 10 mins
• Cook time: 25 mins
• Servings: Makes 6 to 8 miniature potatoes
Ingredients
• 6–8 tiny baby potatoes
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 1 small garlic clove, finely minced
• Fresh thyme, rosemary, and parsley (finely chopped)
• Flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper
• 1 tbsp grated cheddar and Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Slice: Place a baby potato between two chopsticks on a cutting board. Make paper-thin slices across the potato (the chopsticks prevent cutting all the way through). Gently fan out the layers.
2. Butter: Mix melted butter, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Brush generously over and inside the potato slices.
3. Bake: Roast at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until crispy and golden.
4. Finish: Top with grated cheese during the last 3 minutes if desired. Garnish with fresh parsley and flaky salt, then serve hot!
