Ladies and gentlemen, we are headed to @airliebeachfestivalofmusic !!!Last Friday night, myself and my wonderful and immensely talented band of @raesantosmusic and @lara_dekoster took away the grand prize of @passporttoairlie.We will be at Airlie Beach Festival of Music in November, sharing the stage with incredible artists such as Xavier Rudd and Mark Seymour.I'm still lost for words. I've worked so fucking hard over the past decade to stubbornly stay true to myself and keep on creating my art that is a true reflection of my soul, despite how brutal and unforgiving the industry is. Moments like Friday make it all worth it. For a moment the insecurity and self-doubt has taken a back seat, and I hope to keep it there for a while 😂A huge shoutout to the other final four acts: @lilyhallawell , @lauraellenmusic & @kings.vengeance .You are all not only incredible and inspiring artists, but wonderful human beings as well. I have got your tracks on repeat and I am excited to follow your journeys. Home from my first @nationalcelticfestival and man, was it an absolute treat! From playing on a FREAKING TALLSHIP (dream come true), to playing in a gorgeous church, to jumping up in front of hundreds of people and rocking out with aussieclaymore, I had the time of my life and would go back and do it all again in a heartbeat! Huge shoutout to my main man @bendewhirstguitar for playing alongside me and making the experience even more special! I am so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to share my art and be heard by so many beautiful people.
