A short visit, an overwhelmingly humbling opportunity, and hopefully very fruitful moving forwards! I had an opportunity to meet with some of Ethiopia's pioneers in multiple industries. What struck me most was the passion they all had to see the next young generation step up and make a difference in Ethiopia. I want to say thank you to all for your time and guidance! On the other note, I have one more announcement 😊 we have officially launched an e-commerce VA team in Ethiopia. One of the first in the country, and I can’t wait to share the journey with you guys and, hopefully one day. We will be able to provide you with virtual assistance for your e-commerce business all the way from Ethiopia. Currently, we have an outstanding team of five members who are helping us full time from customer services to listing products online. Without them this wouldn’t be possible, and I also want to give a special thank you to my pioneer brother @solomon.m.kassa for giving us a space @1888ec with open arms. I am forever grateful, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. I also want to recognize my brother @calebmeakins who is no longer here with us🕊 You inspired me to go back and make a difference 🙏🏽 your legacy will continue in me. I'm back // after a long absence. I had a lot to think about, a lot to process. Questioning myself has the adventure come to an end, or has it just begun... #definitelyjustbegan

I turned 25 last week, and It has been five years since I started my e-commerce journey. To be exact, I sold my first product on eBay on Aug/14/2016. When I began, I DIDN'T HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT TO MY NAME, just $100 cash I received from volunteering over the summer in 2016. Exactly five years later, on Aug/14/2021, we closed a 100k deal with a potential to profit 500k-600k from a single deal. What a crazy is that I did it with the person who gave me $100 to start my e-commerce journey (who is now my business partner). God is so good! I just went back and looked at our journey, and we have come so far. Right now, we are building a whole empire with 17 outstanding team and looking to expand into 3rd warehouse with four new business ventures lined up on the side.

What else is new?

We have a new dog named “Lory” at the warehouse. “She is the best!!”

The House project is complete for my dad and mom from 2020.

I have a personal trainer, @tkomolafeofficial , one of the best in ATL!
