neuroscience shows us that your brain does not prioritize your goals .... it prioritizes your patterns.
what actually matters is what you repeatedly think, feel, and do.

every time you repeat a thought or behavior, specific neurons fire together. over time, those neurons begin to wire together, strengthening that pathway. this is based on hebb’s law: “neurons that fire together, wire together.!
the more a pathway is used, the more efficient it becomes. your brain starts to automate it to conserve energy. this is why habits, both good and bad, feel automatic. they’ve been practiced enough to become your brain’s default setting.

this means your brain is always adapting, but it is not adapting to what you say you want. it adapts to what you consistently do.
if you repeatedly skip workouts, overthink, or speak negatively to yourself, those circuits get stronger. if you repeatedly show up, follow through, and regulate your emotions, those circuits get stronger instead.

your identity is built from intention AND repetition!!!!!!

so if you want to change your body, your confidence, or your life you don’t need a new goal. you need new patterns that you repeat until your brain recognizes them as who you are.

الحمد لله الذي بنعمته تتم الصالحات 🤍
اللهم في هذا الشهر المبارك
اجعل لنا فيه دعوةً لا تُرد وارزقنا قلبًا لا يضيق
واكتب لنا من رحمتك أوفر الحظ والنصيب.

قبل رمضان اتممت العمرة لي ولوالدي رحمه الله عليه "يرجى الدعاء له"

ورغم أن ربنا أنعم عليّ بأداء العمرة 5 مرات قبل كده، لكن المرة دي كانت مختلفة تمامًا.

رجوع لفكرة بسيطة جدا
إن القرب مش محتاج تعقيد، محتاج صدق.

افكار وتذكير للنفس:
1️⃣ اللغة العربية للعرب ميزة عظيمة لازم ننتفع بيها
إحنا بنفهم القرآن بلغته. بنفهم أسماء الله ومعانيها بدون ترجمة. دي ثروة حقيقية، مش بس ثقافية… دي روحية.

2️⃣ لو عايز تتعرف على إنسان هتتعب نفسك علشان تعرفه اكتر بعمق ف ما بالك بالله … ابدأ بأسماء الله الحسنى
كل اسم باب.
كل اسم معنى.
لما تفهم “الرحمن”، “اللطيف”، “الحكيم”… هتعرف تتعامل مع ربنا… ومع الناس… بشكل مختلف.

3️⃣ الأزهر الشريف قيمة علمية عالمية لينا كمصريين
مش مجرد مؤسسة. ده تاريخ وعلم ممتد لمئات السنين.

الرحلة دي علمتني إن الراحة مش في إنك توصل لحاجة… الراحة في إنك تعرف انت رايح لمين.

I feel incredibly fortunate and blessed🤍 to have been part of this workshop. Not only did I have the pleasure of meeting some truly unforgettable and talented individuals, but the content of the “Actors Body” workshop was simply amazing.
It was filled with practices and techniques that allowed me to truly connect with my body as a tool.
