I’ve been thinking a lot about Nathan during these past few days of community, and so I figured this would be a good time to share some memories of him.

I want to start by saying that I will miss you so much, Nathan. You were such an amazing partner in crime - someone who made me feel like I could be a true goofy nerd and a proud and confident singer. You were the best work husband a man could ask for, and an even better friend.

I will forever remember our days plundering the oceans as pirates, prancing through the Dean Suite like little demons on our way to stir up trouble, and talking about the great things we would accomplish in New York and beyond. To think of you not being there for the rest of my life is one of the hardest heartbreaks I’ve ever had to acknowledge, and I hope you know, I will forever cherish our time together.

You were a chosen brother, a colleague, a confidant, my “hyper analyzing enabler”, and such a true, dear friend. You will not only be missed, but I promise you, I will tell stories about you for as long as I can. And you bet your ass you’re getting an NPC in every one of my DnD games from now on… I feel like you’d like that.

I love you, Nathan. I hope you rest in peace knowing you made me a better man. Until next time pal. ❤️
