Surat, you’ve made this Navratri so special for Sampurn. ❤️

Surat is a city of togetherness. A city where festivals mean family dinners, friends catching up, and people coming together over good food. And this Navratri, seeing Sampurn stay packed, with families and groups choosing to spend their time with us, has been nothing short of beautiful.

What makes it even more special is knowing that many of you travel all the way from your own areas, where you might already have a South Indian food stall nearby, yet you still choose to come to Sampurn. That choice means more to us than we can put into words.

Because for us, Sampurn has never been just about serving dosas and idlis. It’s about bringing people together over food that feels authentic, familiar, and made with love.

We promise to keep putting our heart into every plate, maintaining the same taste, quality, and complete menu you’ve come to love, even during the busiest days.

And because the love doesn’t stop at midnight, we’re open till 2 AM! ❤️

Okay Surat… this one is BIG. ❤️

For the longest time, Sampurn was open for just about 9 hours a day.
You had to plan your dosa, your benne, your kaapi around our timings.

And honestly… we’ve heard you say it enough times:
Aatlu jaldi kem bandh karo cho?

So… we listened.

From 10th October - Sampurn is going almost FULL TIME. 🥹

Breakfast? Come.
Brunch? Come.
Lunch? Come.
Kaapi in the evening? Come.
Dinner? Come.
Garba pachhi bhookh lagi? COME
1 AM dosa craving? WE’RE HERE 🌙

For Navratri, from 10th–20th October, we’ll be open:

Sat–Sun: 10 AM – 2 AM
Monday: 6:30 PM – 2 AM
Tue–Fri: 12 PM – 2 AM

And yes - FULL-DAY MENU. ❤️

But this isn’t just a Navratri thing.

After Navratri, our timings will be updated again - because we’re not going back to being a 9-hour Sampurn.

We want Sampurn to be that place you can think of… whenever you feel like eating.

Navratri Day 1 was… unexpected, to say the least! 🌟

As you all know by now, through social media, friends, or word of mouth, Sampurn is now open full-time! And we’re loving how Surat has made Sampurn a part of its everyday routine. ❤️

We’ve also launched 3 new Kaapi Bar coffees - Ginger Ale Kaapi, Coconut Foam Kaapi & Lychee Iced Kaapi. Interesting flavour combinations that are honestly worth every penny!

But there are a few questions we keep getting, so let’s talk about them!

1. Why aren’t we open till 4 AM?

Sampurn has always been rooted in South Indian breakfast culture. We didn’t want to focus only on Navratri nights when we also want to be the everyday breakfast spot for families, regulars, and even the older generation. 🌟

2. Why haven’t we launched chilli oil dosa or followed the latest food trends?

We love experimenting, but not everything belongs on our menu. Our vision is to be modern yet rooted in South Indian traditions something an 8-year-old and an 80-year-old can enjoy equally.

3. Is Sampurn always too full to get a table?

Not at all! We’ve also been working on our takeaway experience, from getting your orders right to ensuring proper packaging, so you can enjoy Sampurn at home too.

There’s so much more we want to share, but right now, our focus is on building stronger SOPs, training our team, and getting our operations right.

Because we’re not just building a restaurant; we’re building something Surat can be a part of for years to come. 🧿

Honestly, I’d highly recommend their “ENTIRE MENU” 🤌🏻✨
