WITHDRAWAL symptoms after you stop talking to someone you spoke to every day are REAL. It’s not just missing them It’s your nervous system adjusting to a sudden absence.
Your body got used to their texts, their voice, the dopamine hit of being seen.
Now there’s silence, it feels a lot like Grief. by @samriti_ahuja03

They say a relationship only works if the guy loves the girl more.🫠
I think I finally understand why. For a man, what he feels matters. For a woman, how he makes her feel matters. He’ll stay as long as he loves her.
She’ll stay as long as she feels loved.

When we go deep into the history of patients with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism or even thyroid nodules, there is often a period of long standing stress, sorrow, grief, unresolved issues and a lot of gulping down emotions.🙂‍↔️🫠🫠

I have seen the same with women with large fibroids.
Long standing family conflicts. Suppressed emotions.
Suppressed tears. Difficult or abusive relationships.
Unresolved sorrow.

I have also seen similar patterns in people with rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and Graves’ disease. Again, long standing unresolved trauma.

“Rägädirogăn satata anuşaktān”
Ayurveda has always recognised the role of the mind and emotions in disease.

And this matters. It is not just about inflammatory food.
If I had to put it simply, I would say:
30% food and lifestyle.

40% your mental and emotional state.
30% herbs or medicines.

Food has a role. Lifestyle has a role. Herbs and medicines have a role.
But you cannot keep suppressing what is hurting you and expect food or herbs alone to fix the imbalance.

For you to start feeling better, all three need attention.
Share this with someone struggling with thyroid, fibroids or an autoimmune condition.

Society has a funny way of judging men. 😂

If a man treats his wife with love, listens to her, helps her, respects her, and happily manages things together people say, “Bhai, biwi ke control mein hai.” 😭

But if he doesn’t care, doesn’t communicate, or treats her badly suddenly he’s “a real man,” “too masculine,” and “doesn’t let his wife control him.”

Psychology says something completely different.

Caring for your partner isn’t weakness.
Listening isn’t being controlled.
Respect isn’t losing your masculinity.

A healthy relationship is not about who controls whom.
It’s about two people who know how to understand, respect, support and choose each other.

Maybe we should stop measuring masculinity by how badly a man can treat the woman he loves. 🤍 by @samriti_ahuja03

Your body speaks before you do.
When you’re in great physical shape, you command respect without saying a word.
It signals discipline, self respect and the ability to endure discomfort for growth.
People subconsciously associate being in good physica shape with mental resilience.
A strong body reflects a strong mind.
It’s a walking advertisement for what you’re capable of achieving.
Respect yourself enough to make your health and fitness non negotiable.

When the oversleeping starts again, cancelling plans, ignoring messages, snapping at the people you love, and not having energy for anything...😭

It’s not because you’re lazy or broken. It’s because your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.🙃

Here are 5 things you can do to start resetting:
Ground yourself in the present (try a 5-4-3-2-1
scan).

1.Add one pocket of true rest into your day (not
scrolling, actual rest).

2.Notice what drains you vs. what gives you life (audit
your schedule).

3.Say no to one thing this week that isn’t aligned.

4.Start regulating your nervous system daily, even for 2
minutes.

* This is exactly what I guide women through inside our
14-day nervous system reset.

Helping you stop running on fumes and start feeling like you.

Comment “RESET” and I’ll send you the link.

7 behaviors that feel “normal” when you’ve been in survival mode too long❌

(But they’re actually signs your nervous system needs support.)✅

1. Feeling more at ease when you’re busy than when you’re resting.

Rest makes you restless. Stillness feels unsafe. So you stay in motion, not because you want to but because your body doesn’t know what else to do.

2. Snapping at the people you love, then instantly feeling shame.
It’s not about anger. It’s about a system running on fumes. When you’re maxed out, even a small request can feel like a threat.

3. Not knowing how to answer “what do you want?” You’ve spent so long focusing on what others need, what’s expected, and what’s “right” that you forgot how to check in with you.

4. Overthinking simple decisions.
Survival mode makes your brain feel like every choice carries the weight of the world. It’s not that you’re indecisive, it’s that your system is overloaded.

5. Avoiding joy or softness because it feels unfamiliar.
When you’ve lived in constant stress, calm can feel suspicious. Pleasure can feel “too much.” Your body might reject the very things you’re craving.

6. Being hyper-independent to the point of isolation.
You tell yourself, “I’m fine” but deep down, you’re just scared to need anyone. Because needing has hurt before.

7. Getting things done... but never really feeling done.
No matter how much you check off the list, the internal pressure never stops. Productivity becomes your coping mechanism.

These aren’t character flaws.
They’re survival strategies your nervous system picked up to protect you.

But you don’t have to live like this forever.
If this hit home, my 30 day nervous system reset was made for you.
