Had a fab time arranging strings and horns for the incredible @rncmlive Gospel Choir last Saturday. An awesome band and an amazing choir πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Huge thanks to @wayneellingtonmusic and @se._.th for the opportunity to do this Here's Never Would Have Made It by @marvinsapp #arrangement #gospelmusic #manchester #marvinsapp #livemusic by @samrobbomusic
Felt really inspired to play some @billyjoel after seeing @eliopace and his brilliant band last Friday at Bridgewater Hall. Here's some Los Angelenos from Streetlife Serenade (1974) but based on his live version in Connecticut, from Songs in the Attic (released 1981). I strongly urge you to check both albums out! 😁🎹 #billyjoel #losangelenos #eliopace #piano #rock by @samrobbomusic

Had a blast last Saturday celebrating the 50th anniversary of 'Songs in the Key of Life' by playing the album in its entirety. Was a pleasure working with @troy__miller @stephlgodwin and @kit.massey alongside some of my closest mates. Here's to hoping we do the 50th anniversary of 'The Stranger' next year! πŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸŽΉ #steviewonder #sessionorchestra #songsinthekeyoflife #synthesizer #music by @samrobbomusic
A bit of 'Cherry Wine' by @hozier - love this song. Used some diatonic triads as upper structures to help create tension and release whilst staying in key. Simple but effective πŸ™‚ @splice #folk #piano #harmony #cherrywine #hozier by @samrobbomusic
