Returning to the grid to boast about @enmassefest !
Can’t believe we’ve been doing this for five years now. So proud of our team and everything we have accomplished.
Hope to see you there; it’s going to be a good one! by @samschaef

I’m performing for the first time ever at @londondanceacademy next week at their Night Market.

I’ve been taking lap and chair classes regularly for the past year or so with the amazing @nushy1984. It’s been a really positive space for me, physically, mentally, emotionally. I feel much more connected to and appreciative of my body and my sensual being, I can also do things physically that I’ve never done before.

This is also the first time I’m arranging choreography, so it’s all a big step, but I’m looking to take my dance training up a notch this year - hopefully leading to more performing in a club near you.

It’s been a challenging creative process and this is only a first run snippet and there’s lots to edit and add on but I felt hot so there.

Thank you to my dance goddesses - @slick.fury and @elle__bungay for getting me started on this journey!

I’m here to tell you about the beautiful festival I have the pleasure of heading up with my favorite friends and family.

@enmassefest is a product of a lot of love and trust, with endless possibility. What’s it like producing a completely independent music festival in the current times? Scary. But fun. With lots to learn.

It’s next week and many incredible people- our team, our artists (music and visual), our venues, sound partners and dancers - are involved in making it happen, we are very lucky.

Come say hey!

Big up @impey n @maria.vorobjova for the artwork this year! by @samschaef

well it’s been a week since En Masse’s first night kicked off at Strange Brew.

I cannot express my gratitude to all of the really incredible people that helped us to bring @enmassefest to life- a lot of folks who grafted with us and signed up for an unknown ride- the team, venues, artists, technical suppliers, friends and family. (Not all pictured here but I love y’all!) Dancers and ticket buyers!! Who trusted this vision!

En Masse is so special to me. The project came at a time when I felt so far from music and events, very out of sync with my hopes for the future. En Masse helped to change that. I cannot wait for what the future of En Masse holds. The festival has so much potential because of the trust and nurturing that many talented minds have given it.

Biggest thanks of all to ma partna @batu_timedance for giving me the opportunity to love and grow En Masse together, and for having confidence in me during times where I didn’t have it in myself. And to Alisha for working tirelessly, always attentive as a reassuring presence and helped to bring the festival to the people. Xx
