Some moments hit differently. 🎮

On 25 March 2020, I received a message from @xbox through the @xboxambassadors program inviting me to try @fortnite, with a $5 V-Bucks to get started. 😅

At the time, Epic Games was simply the name behind some of the games and technology that inspired me.

Six years later, I walked through the doors of the Epic Games office, not just as a gamer, but as someone building in this industry.

It’s crazy how life connects the dots.

From countless hours behind a controller, to building @wild_unlimited, working with @unrealengine & UEFN, and now exploring how gaming can connect real places, communities and experiences with players around the world.

Sometimes I wish I had started earlier. But then I remind myself, maybe the world wasn’t ready yet for what I wanted to build in it.

Walking into Epic was one of those moments where you look back and realize how far the journey has already gone, but also how much more there is ahead.

You don’t always know where that first step will take you.

We’re just getting started.

There are some things we’ve been quietly building for some time. Soon, I’ll finally be able to show you.

Keep playing. Keep building. Keep dreaming bigger.

ChinaJoy is seriously underrated. 🇨🇳🎮

While much of the gaming world has its eyes on Gamescom, ChinaJoy is operating at a completely different scale, hundreds of thousands of people, massive publishers, platforms, hardware, esports, AI, creators… and honestly, even 7 days wouldn’t be enough to see it all.

This video is just a small glimpse.

But being there made me think about a much bigger question:

Who is actually leading the future of gaming?

Is it still the West?
Is the center of gravity shifting East?
And where does the Middle East fit into all of this?

Because from what I’m seeing across China, Asia and the Middle East, the next chapter of gaming might look very different from the last one. 🌍🎮

The @1billionsummit continues to prove why #Dubai is a global crossroads for the future of media, gaming, and the creator economy.

It’s powerful to see world leaders, platform builders, creators, and communities all in one place, not just talking about the future, but actively shaping it together.

A special milestone this year:
For the first time ever, the CEO of @twitch visited Dubai, UAE, made possible by the strength and credibility of the @uaestreamers community, led by EGA – Esports & Gaming Association, and driven forward by @guildmm and @kevin.r.soltani. This is a clear signal that the world is paying attention to what’s being built here.

Dubai isn’t following global trends, it’s creating the platform where they converge.

2026 is going to be #epic.

Dubai, UAE & Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – 22 September 2025 — Esports Business Network (EBN), Asia’s leading esports marketing group, and Wild Unlimited, the Middle East’s event powerhouse for digital-native experiences, have announced a landmark partnership to accelerate the growth of esports and gaming culture across the United Arab Emirates and the wider MENA region.

This collaboration marks a significant strategic move to link Asia’s mature and rapidly growing esports markets with the United Arab Emirates’ (UAE) dynamic and fast-emerging gaming ecosystem.

It reflects a shared vision to build bridges between regions, unlock cross-border opportunities, and accelerate the development of gaming as a mainstream cultural and economic force.

Today I stepped into the future at the Museum of the Future @museumofthefuture, powered by @nvidia & @nvidiageforceme.

The RTX AI Pop-Up by NVIDIA GeForce Middle East was a next-level experience, featuring ten demo stations, cutting-edge RTX graphics, and AI-enhanced gameplay.

I had the chance to try Black State by MotionBlur, and the visuals and performance were truly impressive. This is a clear glimpse of where gaming is headed, and I was able to experience it firsthand.

50 Days in Bali 🏝️

The Island That Rewired Everything!

Not every journey leaves a mark.
But this one? It etched itself into the soul.

50 days on the island,
Climbing a volcano at dawn, lungs full of fire and sky. Riding in mud, water falls, scooting with coconut oil all over when the Middle East escape was much needed! 🚀

Attending the first-ever Epic Games UNREAL Fest in Bali, a wild collision of tech and nature.

Swimming with dolphins in still waters…
and most importantly, disappearing from the noise, to enjoy the rarest luxury of all: being offline.

This wasn’t just about palm trees and sunsets. It was a full-spectrum experience, Hot, cold, wet, raw & real.
It cracked something open.

Now, as we shape new digital realms at @wild_unlimited Bali stands as a memory that turned into a muse, reminding us what immersion, emotion, and experience should feel like.

We are building something inspired by the magic of what an island could feel like.
A place you don’t just land on, you live every moment of it!

If 50 days off sounds crazy… maybe the real problem is how we’re living the rest of the year?!
