When 1️⃣ became 2️⃣.

We’re absolutely buzzing to announce that from 22nd September, Sam will now be working with us here at Knot Again Chartered Physiotherapy🤩

Sam is a graduate Sports Therapist and has previous experience working in private practice and has also worked in elite sport, allowing him to understand the fundamentals of the services we offer here in clinic.

Sam has also been my personal therapist for the last 9 months so you can take my word on this one🫡 (it wasn’t a 9 month job interview mate, don’t worry😂).

Sam’s booking system is now in place, just use the link in OUR bio or follow the link below⬇️

As a thank you all for your continued support, we will be offering 10% off all of your first appointments with Sam until the end of 2025🎉🎉

We can’t wait for you to join us soon🤟🏼

ME vs ME

Some of you may know some of you may not so here it is.

The past 3 months I’ve been challenging myself to try to get into the best shape of my life, it’s been a difficult period both mentally and physically.

So here it is the result of locking in for 3 months from 83kg to 75kg.

I wanted to test my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to see what difference I could make in such a short time.

And not to toot my own horn I think I nailed the final look. VERY happy with the outcome.
